This is indeed encouraging news, but we have to do a lot more. There seems to be a general ambivalence among so many. The Dems need a strong, clear message of what they will do that is more than just "We aren't Trump."
A small cavil with Art's piece: Electric energy is measured in kilowatt-hours, not just kilowatts: The latter term can identify the rate of energy sendout, but to find out how much actual energy is used you need the time over which that rate is supplied. And, yeah, energy is a little more expensive in the upper midwest, but not as much as in New England, for instance... Geography affects that, among other things.
